Hello,

Please do not think of this as a complaint as I'm happy with your product. These are only suggestions that would get me excited if you were able to accommodate in future releases. Thank you! Also this is posted in support because im afraid google translator will ruin what im trying to say if i switch it to german.


General Platform
- MFA & 2FA security
- Custom page to show guests so they don't see the platform structure or just a simple login/register page.
- Blank page creation that follows platform roles and permissions so we can easily create pages and embed items into that page so we can add it to menu option you already have.
- Allow us to use Google ReCAPTCHA instead of internal version.
- Google Analytics integration.
- Custom code snippet we can paste that will add it to every page.
- Change the WYSIWYG editor to CKEditor instead of TinyMCE to give user more options.

Photos Module
- Uploading videos such as .MP4 & .MOV
- Allow other sources in configuration like HEIC, BMP, GIF.

Web Links Module
- When a user can see multiple categories they should be in a grid format similar to how the overview page shows boxes in a grid. Currently you have to scroll unnecessarily because of how the UI works.
- Ability to remove counter
- Ability to open links within the same page instead of always forcing new tab.

Announcements Module
- Users should actually be notified of announcements visually. A better notification system should be used for the entire platform but at the very least a notification like messages should show up next to announcements.
- Have the ability to send emails along side when creating announcements as a secondary notification system.

Events Module
- Email notifications and internal notifications should be optional when creating events.

Contacts Module
- Search function doesn't search for data within custom fields when added. For example i put a driver ID number in everyone's profile but cant search for those by default.
- Ability to show a custom field in a column on the main contact page.

Documents & Files Module
- Cloud hosting integration (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox) or at the very least allow us to paste a URL link to the file instead of uploading to conserve website storage space.

Hi,

I want to answer your suggestions where I think we have a solution or a workaround.

- You can hide most of the modules for guests and set to the preferences homepage (guests) the value adm_program/system/login.php
- We use already CKEditor but version 4. Within the next major version we update to version 5
- Custom code snippets could be added in the theme folder in the file templatey/index.tpl . Just add your code at the place you want.
- You can enable email notifications if announcements, events or albums are created. This could be in the system notifications.
- In the contacts preferences you can select a custom list configuration. There could custom fields be added. After adding custom fields you are able to search through those fields.

Thank you for the response! I do already insert my own code in the header/footer but thats about it for custom work so far. I'm trying to avoid as much customization as possible so next update doesn't break everything but I will try out your suggestions though!
