Login failure

Since 24-01-2025 nobody can login anymore. After filling in username and password the following message appears: The field Username is empty.
We have never had any problem after installing Admidio in september 2021.
Please help us, so our 890 members can login again.

Did something changed at Server? New PHP version?

First thing is to try an update to the current version of Admidio.

I tried to update to new version but that was not possible as the same problem occurred, I had to login and got back that field Username was empty

Ok, you could not update because you must insert username and PW to upgrade, right?

That is very Strange. So you have the Same behavior with the newest version.

I checked you password forgotten formular and this has also a strange behavior. So I think that with your server configuration all html forms doesn't sent their data to the server. Could you please check your php configuration if these parameters are set correctly: post_max_size, upload_max_filesize they should have a value > 1

we found the reason of the error and now it is solved, we everybody can login again.
